Project Manager

Job Description:

• Create Project Management Plan and Schedule Planning

• Deliver implementation according to Project timeline.

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.

• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.

• Track project milestones, documentations, and deliverables.

• Maintain communication and facilitate coordination with project stakeholders.

• Develop and deliver progress reports.

• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

• Required language(s): English, Indonesia

• At least 1 year experience in Project Management is preferred

• Having Knowledge of PMBOK, PMP, Kanban or, Agile is preferred

• Able to work with a cross-functional team

• Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple project

• Honest, Good personality & character, Good analytical thinking, Good Problem solving skill, people and time management, and highly responsible.
