PROJECT MANAGER HVAC

• Design and review multi-split and MRV air-conditioning systems according to project requirements.

• Prepare detailed installation cost estimations and technical proposals.

• Identify and ensure availability of all required materials and equipment for project implementation.

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure timely and quality execution.

• Coordinate with technical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project delivery.

• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

• Provide regular progress updates and reports to management.

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing HVAC projects, particularly in multi-split/MRV/VRF systems.

• Maximum age: 40 years old.

• Proficient in reading technical drawings and calculating cooling loads.

• Familiar with HVAC installation standards and site safety regulations.

• Able to operate project tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project (preferred).

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills; proficiency in English

• Willingness to travel or be assigned to project sites as needed.
