PROJECT MANAGER (MANAGING PARTNER)

Work Description:

• Responsible to sales revenue KPI agreed

• Responsible to new business & product development target as per KPI agreed

• Monitor AR turnover and inventory turnover within tolerable limit in KPI

• Reporting actively & periodically as per agreed, on activity, progress, action plan, market data

Qualification:

• Experience min 5 years in the same company, focusing on Plastics & Rubber, Cosmetics, Food, Feed & Pharma, Ink & Coating (Metal Working), Mining & Oleo chemicals

• Used to work with target, database, and have wide connections

• Education is D3/S1/S2 in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Business/Food Technology/Pharma/Mining

• Best Employee/Best Achievement Awards/Proven Track Records are Highly Appreciated

• Able to understand English, and Chinese speaking is a PLUS.

• Have established clients with strong marketing and R&D analytical skills, able to influence

• Aggressive, able to overcome pressure comfortably

• Have strong work ethics, proactive, mature & stable

• Excellent presentation, communication, & negotiation skills

• Like field work, ready to travel in & out of town, yet sharp & prompt in market intelligence & survey

• Able to tap fast into opportunity

• Head Offices in Central Jakarta and Alam Sutera and ready to work immediately
