Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager at PT Wira Sakti Surya Persada, youll play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects. Reporting to the senior management, youll be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from planning and coordination to implementation and completion. This is a full-time position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta.

What youll be doing

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and construction crews, to execute projects efficiently
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, problems, and delays, and implement appropriate solutions
• Communicate project status updates and progress reports to stakeholders, including clients and senior management
• Ensure projects meet all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project management staff

What were looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage budgets and schedules, and lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
• Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget
• Familiarity with construction project management software and tools
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
