Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :

To support the implementation of store development process by working closely with principal, contractor, Fit Out Mall, warehouse team and all stakeholders to ensure store design execution is met adidas standard and exceed expectations for all new stores, pop-up store and renovations.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Co-lead the development, prepare timeline and monitoring construction works for all stores
• Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
• The person also in charge for warehouse fixtures management, especially for pop-up store
• Maintaining clear communication channels with stakeholders, contractors, adidas partner, and providing regular updates on project status
• Identifying and resolving project-related issues, troubleshooting challenges, and finding solutions.

• Degree in Interior Architecture & Design or related field
• Minimum 2 years work experience in retail design field, preferable experience in the sport or clothing industry
• PC literature, excellent oral and written communication skills in English and local languages
• Good planning and organization skill
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Own Laptop and own vehicle for store visit
