As Property Agency Relations Manager, you will be instrumental in cultivating and nurturing relationships with Indonesias property agents, driving collaborative success, and igniting business growth through strategic alliances. As the primary liaison, you will build strong partnership to yield mutual benefit and grow the companys market presence.

Description

  • Develop, manage, and deepen strong, long-term relationships with property agencies, brokers, and real estate professionals.

  • Proactively identify new partnership opportunities and successfully onboard new property agencies to strategically grow our network.

  • Work hand-in-hand with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure agency strategies are seamlessly aligned with overarching company objectives.

  • Conduct regular meetings and on-site visits with agency partners to gain deep insights into market trends, emerging opportunities, and evolving client needs.

  • Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms, favorable conditions, and full compliance with company policies.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for agency partners, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance service delivery and outcomes.

  • Address and resolve any challenges or conflicts with agency partners swiftly, professionally, and with a solutions-oriented approach.

  • Stay at the forefront of real estate market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on partnership activities, performance, and key outcomes for senior management.

Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales/development, or dedicated agency/partner relationship management.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex relationships and multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Results-driven and strategic mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
  • Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics and property transaction processes.
