Purchasing Direct Material Staff

• Responsible for contract and order execution of chemical materials suppliers, and supplier performance management;

• Be responsible for optimizing the supply chain of chemical materials to reduce procurement costs, and coordinate across departments to ensure material compliance and optimal quality, delivery and cost;

• Be responsible for the analysis of market price and trend of chemical materials, monitor market price changes and industry trends, and formulate reasonable purchasing strategies;

• Responsible for the localization of chemical materials resources and the combing and development of Southeast Asia-Indonesia supply chain;

• Be responsible for reviewing due diligence of procurement in coordination with relevant departments to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and company requirements;

• Maintain the integrity of purchasing data, and regularly report key information such as purchasing progress, cost savings and supply chain risks.

• Daily purchasing work and other tasks arranged by the department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemical is preferred;

• Have data statistics, cost analysis, communication and negotiation skills, proficient in various Excel functions and PivotTable, Excel VBA is preferred;

• Basic understanding of chemical industry and materials, ISO9001/IATF16949 standard, experience in purchasing productive straight materials in new energy industry, or research and development of batteries, positive and negative materials, or related quality and operation management experience;

• Strong logical thinking, high execution and result orientation; Have a strong sense of responsibility and self-driving force; Project management ability, strong adaptability;

• Good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; Good at Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

• Have strong professional ethics and integrity
