PURCHASING SPECIALIST

PURCHASING - BLAZE Jakarta

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma (D3)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position

• Experience in the F&B industry is preferred

• Mastering the ESB system is preferred

• Negotiation, managerial, and coordination skills

• Able to control stock to manage inventory.

• Good communication skills, hardworking, honest, and with integrity

Responsibilities :

• Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.

• Ensure that purchases are made according to company requirements.

• Ensure that all purchases are approved by executive management.

• Ensure that goods arrive in good condition and on time.

• Maintain extensive and effective relationships with vendors.

• Mediate payments and ensure timely payment.

• Documentation of invoices, purchase orders, and work orders.
