Purchasing Staff

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree from any field

  • Maximum age is 30 years old

  • Fluent in English (fluent in Mandarin is a plus)

  • Preferable have any experience as purchasing staff, at least 2 years

  • Detail oriented, good communication, neat and flexible person 

  • Experience using SAP is a MUST

Job description:

  • Monitor stock levels with logistic or warehouse and place orders as needed

  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

  • Track and maintain orders and ensure timely delivery

  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

  • Knowledge SOP of Purchasing

  • Report to Purchasing Manager
