QA Manager

About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a textile printing company that specializing in high-quality fabric printing and sustainable production processes. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Oversee and ensure quality standards across Bajukertas & Cos textile printing and finishing operations
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures in line with ISO, OEKO-TEX, and GOTS standards
• Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with international standards and client requirements
• Analyze quality data, prepare regular QA/QC reports, and recommend improvements to reduce defects and waste
• Lead, train, and motivate the QC team to uphold consistent quality discipline on the production floor
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and management teams to align quality control with sustainable printing goals
• Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring product consistency, handling quality issues, and supporting continuous improvement
• Drive initiatives to integrate eco-conscious quality standards in line with Bajukertas & Cos sustainability values.

Job Requirement

• Bachelors degree (Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related field)
• Minimum 5 years in textile QA/QC, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (7-8 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of textile production (spinning, weaving, dyeing, printing, finishing, garment)
• Proficient in quality systems: ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX, GOTS, and international QA/QC audit standards
• Skilled in quality analysis, reporting, and leading QC teams with discipline and strong communication
• Added value: QA/QC certification, ERP/QC software experience, English proficiency (Chinese is a plus)
