QA Supervisor - Manufacturing - Cikarang (B-123615)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Cikarang.

• Our client is a Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for QA Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all quality audit activities, including internal audits, external audits, and customer audits.

• Ensure company production is aligned with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 140001, IATF 16949) and specific customer requirements.

• Coordinate audit schedules, prepare documentation, and facilitate audit readiness across departments to maintain consistent quality standards and certifications.

• Control and maintain quality documentation including SOPs, work instructions, audit reports and other documentation related to QA activity.

• Serve as the PIC for customer quality audits and inquiries.

• Responsible in ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer requirements, findings, and corrective actions.

• Oversee supplier quality development, including supplier audits, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement activities to ensure alignment with internal quality standards and production requirements.

• Drive the re-certification process for internal and external audits, including gap analysis, corrective action follow-up, and continuous system improvements.

• Support the implementation and monitoring of quality management systems, fostering a culture of quality and compliance throughout manufacturing operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, and Procurement, to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.

• Lead and supervise QA staff, providing guidance on audit practices, document control procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering.

• Active English Skill.

• Minimum 5 years of working experience as QA Leader in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Japanese Automotive manufacturing company.

• Holds ISO 19011 and Quality Management System Audit certification.

• Deep understanding of ISO 9001, 140001, IATF 16949.

• Good communication Skill and Proactive.
