Job Description Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and control processes across all phases of data centre construction and operations. This role ensures that all systems, installations, and procedures meet rigorous standards for safety, performance, and compliance.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement QA/QC plans for data centre construction and commissioning.
  • Conduct inspections and audits of mechanical, electrical, and IT infrastructure installations.
  • Review design and construction documents for quality and compliance.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and KPIs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain documentation including inspection reports, non-conformance logs, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, Uptime Institute, ASHRAE).
  • Support commissioning and handover processes with quality documentation and walkthroughs.

About you:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • 5+ years of QA/QC experience in data centres or critical infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction practices, and quality control methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or other quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
