QA/QC Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced QA/QC Manager to join our team at China Gezhouba Group Corporation in Bandung, West Java. As a full-time QA/QC Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products and processes, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

What youll be doing

• Develop, implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control systems and procedures to meet industry standards and customer requirements

• Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to identify and address any quality issues

• Analyse quality data and generate detailed reports to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related problems and non-conformances

• Ensure compliance with relevant quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Provide training and guidance to quality assurance and production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

• Participate in the development and implementation of quality management strategies and initiatives

What were looking for

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a QA/QC management role within the site construction especially energy construction.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality control systems and procedures

• Strong understanding of quality management principles, tools, and techniques, such as Six Sigma, Lean, and ISO standards

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

• Ability to lead and motivate a team of quality assurance professionals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering, manufacturing, or quality management discipline
