QC Analyst

SK Plasma has grown steadily on the foundation of PDMP (plasma-derived medicinal products) business starting from 1970. In 2015, SK Plasma resolved to build a state-of-the-art plasma fractionation plant and has spun off from SK Chemicals Life Science biz., aiming to improve competitiveness in the global PDMP market. SK Plasma is planning to build a plasma fractionation plant in order to improve the self-sufficiency of PDMP in Indonesia through a joint venture with capable business partners under the support of the Indonesian government.

Role Description :

• Physicochemical, biochemical, microbiological, and utility testing

  - Quality testing of raw materials, and intermediate/final drug products, IPC test

  - HPLC, GC, AAS, FT/IR, UV Spectrophotometer, Kjeldahl, Titrator, Electrophoresis, Endotoxin, TOC, Densitometer, Microplate Reader, Raman, ELISA, etc.

  - Sterility Tests, Microbial Limit Tests, etc.

  - EM(HVAC, PW/WFI, compressed air, nitrogen, ethanol, etc.) sampling and testing

• Method Validation

• Laboratory management

  - Qualification and maintenance of analytical equipment

  - Management of test requests, reagents, reference standards, and test samples

  - Preparation of SOPs and specification

Required :

• Higschool Graduate or Diploma Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology / Life Sciences Engineering, Chemical Engineering and other related fields

• Experienced in Quality Control(QC) within the Pharmaceutical Industry

• Proficiency in English

Preferably :

• Experience in Quality Control(QC) within the biopharmaceutical industry

• Experience in the initial setup and operation of QC in a newly constructed biopharmaceutical facility

• Experience in performing method validation

• Experience in technology transfer processes

• Proficiency in Korean
