About The Role

You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet local Indonesian regulatory requirements, gain market access, and maintain top-tier quality standards. You’ll oversee certifications, manage post-market surveillance, and keep our teams informed about evolving local policy & regulations—ensuring our customers receive the safest and most reliable Beranda appliances.

Ensures products get access to the Indonesian market (approbation) and manages PMS activities including escalation

  • s：Ensure seamless market access by leading local product certification and approval processes while managing key relationships with regulatory authorities and testing bodies, supporting the product on-time launch. The certification scheme covers but not limited to SNI, SDPPI and others applicable local schem
  • esMonitor evolving regulations to assess their impact on our products and proactively adapt compliance strategies and ensure Perusahaan wide deployment in close cooperation with the Central Regulatory team to all relevant stakeholders. It covers but not limited to Indonesia importation Quota, Indonesia Standard advocacy, new regulation / policy monitoring and reshapi
  • ngDrive post-market surveillance by analysing product quality, managing consumer escalations, and handling regulatory audits to uphold our high standards by working with local internal stakeholder, e.g. Customer Care or SCM or Legal, as well as the external authoritie
  • s.Enhance product quality by tracking field call rates and implementing improvements to elevate consumer satisfaction in cooperation with all relevant internal stakeholders e.g. Consumer Care or Innovation Team
  • s.Maintain regulatory compliance by collaborating with global quality management teams on Regulatory memo, early warning, local regulation expertise / insight sharing, and process enhancement

  • At least 5 years of experience in Household Appliance Product regulatory or adjacent areas, Prefer on Electrical safety, EMC, wireless and
