Are you passionate about precision, cost control, and construction excellence? Join Evdekimi, where design meets smart execution. Were looking for a Quantity Surveyor who will be key in managing project budgets, evaluating costs, and ensuring value for money throughout our builds.

? Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.

  • Evaluate contractor quotations and support procurement processes.

  • Monitor project budgets and report any variances.

  • Conduct site measurements and valuations.

  • Collaborate with the design, procurement, and project teams to ensure alignment.

  • Ensure compliance with financial and contractual standards.

? Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a QS or similar role within construction or interior fit-out.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software/tools.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

  • Fluent in English
