Job Descriptions:

• Lead the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), tender documents, and cost analysis
• Manage the tender process, including contractor evaluation, negotiation, and recommendation
• Identify potential cost risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Administer and review construction contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms
• Lead and supervise the Quantity Surveying team and ensure high-quality deliverables

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role, in property developer is a plus
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tender management, and contract administration
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Willing to be placed at Sentul, Bogor
