Minimum Qualification :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum GPA of 3 (scale of 4)
- Minimum 1 years work experience in related fields
- Fresh grad are welcome to apply
- Mastery in operating AutoCAD
- Proficient with computers and Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, Power point)
- Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
- Maximum age of 30 years old
- Strive to deliver a high quality result and has natural attention to detail
- Highly initiative and willing to work under minimum supervision
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;
- Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work;
- Assist in establishing a clients requirements and undertake feasibility studies
- Perform risk, value management and cost control
- Advise on a procurement strategy
- Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks
- Prepare and analyze cost for tenders
