Recruiter
Job Descriptions:
Screening and sourcing for potential candidates.
Conduct interviews daily and create reports on the candidate assessments.
Provide feedback and recommendations to the hiring.
Doing administrative tasks such as the onboarding process and employment contracts.
Create and publish job advertisements on various portals.
Build relationships with prospective employees through professional groups on social media and at events.
Establishing qualification criteria for prospective employees.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Conduct phone screening to create a list of qualified candidates.
Interviewing candidates in person for various roles (junior, senior, and executive).
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, preferably Psychology
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably IT recruiting experience
Strong in Administration, Sourcing Candidates, Detail Oriented, and familiar with Excel and other Microsoft office
Can join ASAP (Preferable), to hand over tasks with a current recruiter during her notice period
