Job Descriptions :

  • Selection and recruitment all level for site (Mill).

  • Coordination with all division for MPR.

  • Communication, coordination and report to corporate recruitment for status recruitment in Mill.

  • Offering C&B (Compensation & Benefit) / salary negotiation for the selected candidate.

  • Monitoring and handling end-to-end recruitment.

  • Cooperate with other Department regarding make a budget for MPP

  • Supervising Organization Development in doing job evaluation & analysis

    Job Requirements :

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Psychology or equivalent.

    • At least 10 Year(s) of working experience as Recruitment Manager in manufacturing company

    • Have exposure in Organizational Development area and have experience in job evaluation, analysis, etc

    • Required language(s): English

    • Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java.
