Regulatory & Permitting Manager

About the role

We are seeking a talented Regulatory & Permitting Manager to join our project site. In this role, you will be responsible for the regulatory and permitting matters of the project.

What youll be doing

1. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing construction activities.

2. Obtaining and maintaining the required permits for the project, licenses, and approvals from local authorities.

3. Liaising with government agencies and other stakeholders to address regulatory concerns.

4. Monitoring changes in regulations and adapting processes accordingly.

5. Focal point of communication for regulatory-related matters.

6. Maintaining detailed records and reporting on regulatory compliance.

What were looking for

1. Degree in a related field.

2. At least 10 years of experience in a project site.

3. Experience with the operations of government departments and knowledgeable in handling permit application requirements, project planning, tendering, design, procurement, construction, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, handover, final documentation, and project close-out.

4. Builds effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

5. Good leadership, communication, and social skills.

6. Fluent in verbal and written communication in English and Indonesian.

7. Knowledge of the local dialect will be an advantage.

8. Willing to be placed on site, East Kalimantan
