Phintraco Group is seeking a talented Research Analyst to join our dynamic Research and Education Team in Jakarta. As a Research Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our strategic advisory services by conducting in-depth market research, data analysis, and insights generation. What youll be doing :

  • Conducting comprehensive market research to gather data and information on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  • Performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify key insights and trends that inform strategic recommendations.

  • Preparing well-structured and visually engaging reports, presentations, and other deliverables to communicate research findings to clients.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the development of strategic solutions and implementation plans.

  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments, market dynamics, and economic factors to provide valuable advisory services.

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of research methodologies and analytical tools within the team

What were looking for :

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as economics or finance.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a research or consulting role, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex data sets.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into compelling narratives.

  • Keen interest in understanding market dynamics and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to cross-functional projects.
