Research Development and Innovation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and improve formulation for tile adhesive, skim coat, grouts, or waterproofing mortar

2. Drive cost-effective and sustainable innovations aligned with market trends

3. Collaborate with Marketing and Production to align product development with commercial goals

4. Manage product testing, documentation (MSDS/TDS), and regulatory compliance

5. Evaluate raw materials and support technical assessments of new suppliers

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degeree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Related field

2. 5-7 years in R&D roles within chemical material building industry

3. 3+ years in a managerial capacity

4. Strong leadership, analytical, and cross departemental collaborations skills

5. Proficiency in English

6. Willing to be stationed in Gresik, East Java
