Resort & Dive Center Manager(s)

We are looking for dedicated, hands-on management professionals to lead the operations of this exclusive Beach & Dive Resort and its PADI 5-Star Dive Center in one of the most remote and pristine corners of Indonesia.

This position is ideal for individuals or couples who thrive in an off-the-grid environments and are passionate about delivering personalized guest experiences, team leadership, and operational excellence in both resort and diving operations. Expatriates may apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day resort and dive center operations

• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction with a personal, friendly touch

• Manage logistics, maintenance, and inventory in a remote setting

• Supervise and inspire a multicultural team

• Build a strong relationship with guests

• Manage a “home away from home” atmosphere for guests and staff alike

Requirements

• PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (renewed and active)

• Previous management experience in both resort and/or dive operations

• Comfortable living and working in remote environments with limited access to urban amenities

• Operational and logistical problem-solving experience

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Multilingual communication abilities; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus

• Positive attitude, resilience, and flexibility to adapt to island life

• Strong guest engagement skills; naturally sociable and service-minded

• High level of integrity, self-organization, and responsibility
