Retail Merchandiser

Job Description

• Develop and implement visually appealing merchandise displays that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities to improve product placement and presentation.
• Collaborate with the buying team to ensure appropriate stock levels and timely replenishment of products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize losses.
• Ensure that displays are well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest visual merchandising trends and techniques.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create cohesive brand messaging and promote products effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries.

Requirement

• Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment.
• Proven track record of creating visually appealing and effective merchandise displays.
• Strong understanding of retail sales principles and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative and innovative with a passion for visual merchandising.
