RF (Radio Network Optimization) Engineer - WFO Jakarta (Contract Based)

1. Ensure network performance and optimization targets are achieved for project acceptance.

2. Review acceptance reports together with customers and ensure alignment with performance criteria.

3. Guide partners in preparing optimization proposals at both site and cluster levels for network acceptance.

4. Monitor network performance KPIs regularly to detect issues and propose improvements.

5. Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and customers for technical alignment and issue escalation.

6. Work closely with expert teams to implement strategic optimization initiatives.

7. Prepare regular performance and acceptance reporting to stakeholders.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in radio network optimization, specifically on LTE networks.

2. Proven experience managing network performance for mid-scale deployments (more than 500 sites).

3. Strong technical understanding of 2G/3G/4G optimization, including parameter tuning, troubleshooting, and drive test analysis.

4. Familiarity with optimization tools such as Actix, TEMS, NEMO, MapInfo, Atoll, etc.

5. Strong communication and coordination skills, especially in cross-functional and customer-facing roles.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with major telecom vendors (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, ZTE).

• Knowledge of VoLTE, carrier aggregation, or 5G optimization is a plus.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
