About The Company:

• The working venue is in Central Jakarta.

• Our client is a Trading company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Admin (Mandarin Speaker).

Job Responsibilities:

• Do interpretation and translation.

• Coordinate with expatriate and local sales members.

• Make invoices and send it to customers.

• Coordinate with customers for delivery and administrative inquiries.

• Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Open for Fresh Graduates.

• Bachelors Degree.

• Business level Mandarin proficiency and conversational English proficiency.

• Interested in Sales/Marketing Support roles, can do interpretation and translation (Mandarin ⇔ Indonesian ⇔ English).

• Detail oriented, good communication skill, good coordination skill, able to multitask, eager to learn.
