Get to Know the Role
As a Sales Enablement Associate, you will enhance the effectiveness of the sales organization by standardizing processes, improving team productivity, and driving overall business impact through skill development. You will report to the Manager, and will work fully on-site in our Jakarta office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Strategy Development & Execution: Creating and implementing sales enablement strategies aligned with business goals.
- Training & Coaching: Designing and delivering training programs, providing ongoing coaching to sales reps, and ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills.
- Content Management: Developing, curating, and managing sales content, ensuring its readily accessible and relevant.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and implementing changes to enhance effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of enablement initiatives.
- Performance Measurement: Tracking and analyzing the impact of enablement programs on sales performance and making data-driven adjustments.
- Technology Management: Implement and manage sales technology solutions to support sales teams and enhance their productivity.
