Sales Engineer Officer
Identify and develop new business opportunities by understanding customer requirements.
Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to foster long-term relationships and upsell additional products and services.
Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and documentation. Assist in the negotiation of contracts and closing of sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas that has been set.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and providing regular sales forecasts.
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or Physics.
3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably within digital business sectors.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the product or solution being sold.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills also the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service, and the ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Proficient in MS Office .
Fluency in English languages is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Willingness to travel as needed.
