SALES ENGINEER (Experienced)🎯 Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in the industrial/engineering/contractor/project sector

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Wide network with industrial companies, contractors, and relevant institutions

  • Target-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Golf skills will be considered an advantage

  • Willing to travel frequently across Indonesia

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients

  • Identify new business opportunities and provide solutions based on client needs

  • Prepare technical & commercial proposals and deliver presentations to clients

  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met

  • Achieve sales targets in line with company goals
