SALES ENGINEERING

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation, Industrial Automation Engineering, or a related field.

• 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in the automation industry.

• Possession of a valid License A (or relevant driving license).

• Strong technical knowledge of automation systems and instrumentation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Willing to travel to Medan for work purposes.

Job Description :

• Conduct sales activities to identify and create new business opportunities with potential and existing customers.

• Actively visit customers to understand their needs, address issues, and provide tailored solutions.

• Work independently to manage your sales pipeline while collaborating effectively with team members to achieve common goals.

• Prepare and submit periodic reports detailing sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales targets.

• Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with clients and new prospects to foster loyalty and repeat business.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance sales strategies and product offerings.

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product features, benefits, and applications.
