Sales Executive

Fleava is looking for a proactive and dedicated Sales Executive to help us reach more clients and expand our digital services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, networking, etc.).

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

  • Understanding clients business needs and offering tailored digital solutions (e.g. website development, mobile apps, design, digital marketing).

  • Preparing proposals, negotiating deals, and closing sales.

  • Meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, project management, creative) to ensure smooth project handovers.

  • Reporting sales activities and results to management regularly.

Qualifications

  • Based in Jakarta, open to remote work with flexible hours.

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in a digital agency, advertising, or web development industry

  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).

  • Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM, Google Workspace, etc.

  • Target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Comfortable with commission-based compensation.
