Sales Executive Home Appliances
Be responsible to presenting for Hafele and promoting the home appliances product range in multiple channels on the assigned territories. Create the necessary brand awareness with assigned targeted customer groups. Present and consult our values, solutions by the product ranges and win the deal.
Day to day responsibilities:
Selling Hafele product (Home Appliances) to achieve individual target on monthly / quarterly / yearly based on personal KPI
Cultivate, develop and manage assigned-channel customers in assigned territories. Constructively hand-over full information of non-assigned customers to other sales rep or/and other sales channels
Align with the defined-channel customer groups to promote and create brand awareness for Hafele brands and assigned Hafele product in the assigned territories
Build a strong relationship with all related parties. Deeply understand the customers demands as well as the technical/commercial needs and present our respective products accordingly
Study competition of each specific customer and prepare win-win quotes of our customized solutions in the compliance with the direction of Sales Supervisor
Your qualifications:
Work experience of at least 2 years in similar position in Consumer Electronic and/or Home Appliances or Kitchen Appliances Industry
Know traditional or modern market/dealer in Jabodetabek area and target oriented
A strong work ethic, hunter mentality, love of sales, and the drive to get out in the field and support existing business and/or pursue new business daily
Great communication and negotiation skills
Computer literate (exceptional skill in Microsoft Office)
Willing to be placed at Head Office, BSD
