Key Responsibilities:

• Master and share in-depth knowledge of luxury watch brands with customers, offering expert advice and guidance.
• Deliver outstanding service excellence, adhering to brand standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Build and nurture relationships with both new and loyal clients, establishing trust and rapport.
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring preferences and information are accurately recorded.
• Contribute to sales goals by consistently achieving monthly store targets.
• Perform daily stock inventory and ensure product availability.
• Maintain the boutiques environment, displays, and sales kits in pristine condition.
• Provide additional services such as bracelet shortening and strap adjustments to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma degree from a reputable academy or university.
• At least 2 years of experience in a high-end brand, bringing confidence and expertise in luxury customer service.
• Strong passion for sales, self-motivated, and determined to meet and exceed goals.
• Team-oriented, with the ability to perform independently and thrive in a competitive environment.
• Fluency in both verbal and written English is essential.
• Flexibility in working hours, including the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
