Sales Executive
Responsibilities
Visit Professional Architects, Engineers and Contractors to market and disseminate technical information on our range of products.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Requirements and skills
Willingness to learn and has a keen interest in the Construction Industry
Outgoing and extroverted
Proficient in Microsoft
Highly motivated and target driven
Able to develop selling, negotiation and communication skills
Able to prioritize, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Ability to develop relationship management skills
Is open to feedback
Having a driving license would be beneficial
Able to work in Malaysia and Singapore
