Job Title : Sales Manager

Job Scope :

• Lead and manage the sales team

• Work closely with the Director to develop and implement sales strategies

• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, emails, visits, or networking

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate products or services

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

• Develop in-depth knowledge of products/services offered

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for customers

• Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings

• Follow up on sales leads and inquiries

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders

• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence

• Recommend improvements to products or services based on customer needs

Requirements :

• Based in Jakarta

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven 2-3 years of sales manager experience is preferred

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Good negotiation and persuasion skills

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus
