Sales Manager Japanese Speaker

About the role

PT OS Selnajaya Indonesia, a leading provider of business solutions, is seeking a talented Sales Manager who speaks Japanese to join our client Team (Japanese Trading industry). This full-time position is based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta, and will play a crucial role in driving the companys sales initiatives and strengthening relationships with our Japanese-speaking clients.

What youll be doing

1. Develop new clients/Maintain existing clients

2. Coordinate with suppliers all over the world.

3. Create quotation.

4. Will go on business trips

5. Manage and coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, client outreach, and order fulfilment

6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Japanese-speaking clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service

7. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documentation

8. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns

9. Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on sales activities and performance

What were looking for

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in a sales, preferably in Japanese Trading industry (mandatory)

2. Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and verbal. (mandatory)

3. Holds JLPT N2/JLPT N3 (mandatory)

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

6. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

8. A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

9. MUST have Drivers license (SIM A)
