Sales Marketing Manager

Job Purpose:

The Sales Marketing Manager will lead and execute sales and marketing strategies focused on B2C and B2B segments for the private laboratory. The role is responsible for increasing patient/customer acquisition, building brand awareness, managing digital and offline marketing campaigns, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement B2B/B2C sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Build and manage customer acquisition channels including digital marketing, social media, referral programs, and partnerships.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to design effective campaigns.

  • Manage and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and annual KPIs.

  • Plan and execute promotional events, health campaigns, and community engagement activities to increase brand visibility.

  • Oversee customer experience journey, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Develop marketing content in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize ROI.

  • Collaborate with laboratory operations, technical, and customer service teams to align strategies.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and marketing performance reviews for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Masters Degree is a plus).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in healthcare, private laboratory, or related consumer services.

  • Strong knowledge of B2C sales strategies, digital marketing, and customer engagement.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and MS Office.

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
