About the role

What youll be doing

• Identifying and pursuing new sales leads and business development opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and services
• Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to support the sales process
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform our sales and marketing approach
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals

What were looking for

• Proven track record in sales, business development or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with the local Medan market and industry landscape
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and sales/CRM tools
• Relevant bachelors degree or equivalent qualification
