Job Description:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by management

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

• Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as needed

• Coordinate and increase sales through online and offline channels

• Implement effective marketing strategies oriented towards achieving and increasing sales targets

• Evaluate sales target achievement and provide guidance and solutions to sales-related issues

• Build and maintain relationships with business partners, clients, and vendors

• Provide training and coaching to the team

• Create monthly and annual reports on sales and promotional budgeting

• Evaluate promotional and branding programs to increase awareness

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field

• Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales experience (travel/hospitality industry is a plus), fresh graduates are welcome

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines

• Able to travel domestically and/or internationally when required

• Proficiency in English or Mandarin (written and spoken)

• Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Suite
