Sales Modern Trade Supervisor (Jawa Tengah)

  • Assist in planning and executing effective sales strategies within the assigned territory to drive revenue growth.

  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of the sales team across designated areas, ensuring the achievement of sales, distribution, and promotional targets.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with outlets, distributors, and business partners to enhance product visibility and market penetration.

  • Oversee the implementation of promotional activities, ensuring they align with company standards and brand guidelines.

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and regional potential to identify opportunities for growth and improve overall performance.

  • Provide ongoing training, motivation, and coaching to the sales team to boost productivity, instill discipline, and enhance team effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and finance departments to ensure seamless operational execution in the field.

  • Perform additional area management duties as assigned by the supervisor to support overall business objectives.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in sales and distribution within the FMCG industry, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Strong knowledge of distribution channels (General Trade/Modern Trade), sales operations, and outlet management.

  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and develop effective area strategies.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and willing to travel frequently within assigned areas.

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

  • Highly disciplined, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
