What youll be doing

• Assist the e-commerce sales team in developing and implementing effective online sales strategies

• Manage and optimise the companys online product listings and catalogues to enhance visibility and appeal

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns to drive online sales

• Monitor and analyse e-commerce performance data to identify opportunities for improvement

• Provide support to customers and handle any online sales-related inquiries or issues

• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the companys e-commerce capabilities

What were looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce sales or digital marketing, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry

• Strong understanding of online sales channels, digital marketing tactics, and customer service best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and digital analytics tools

• Proactive, adaptable, and customer-centric approach to problem-solving
