Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse sales data and metrics to provide actionable insights. Create regular reports on sales performance and forecasts for management
2. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness
3. CRM & Dupoin System Management: Maintain and optimize the CRM system to ensure accurate data entry and all the operation on the CRM system
4. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to align strategies and initiatives
5. Training & Development: Coordinate and deliver training programs for sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
6. Sales Enablement & Reward: Develop and provide tools, resources, and reward to support the sales team in achieving their targets
Job Description:
1. Collaborate with sales leader to ensure alignment of sales processes with business goals
2. Ensure that sales tools are integrated effectively with other business systems and processes
3. Coordinate with other departments to support sales initiatives and ensure smooth operations
4. Maintain and optimize the CRM system to ensure accurate data entry and all the operation on the CRM system, such as: Partner level adjustment, Sales inviter/rebate changes if there is an error using the referral link and request from the client, group setting & rebate policy modification for sales to support and increase the interest from sales and IB
5. Coordinate and deliver training programs for sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
6. Develop and provide tools, resources, and reward to support the sales team in achieving their targets
7. Ensure that operations comply with legal, regulatory, and company policy standards
8. Sort out the organizational structure of each sales department
Job Requirements Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
2. Proven experience (2-3 years) in sales operations, business support, or related roles.
3. Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is a must; English and/or Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
5. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
6. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
9. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
1. Knowledge of sales pipeline management and forecasting.
2. Experience in preparing performance reports and dashboards for management.
3. Familiarity with financial reconciliation or order-to-cash processes.
4. Background in trading, fintech, or B2B environment is a plus.
