About the role

Join our dynamic team at PT Multi Arta Sekawan as a Sales Representative. In this full-time position based in Tangerang, Banten, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing expert consultative support to our valued customers. As a key member of our sales organisation, you will play a vital role in achieving our ambitious business objectives.

What youll be doing

• Actively engage with potential customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products and services

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation and closing of deals

• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities and new product developments

• Contribute to the overall sales strategy and provide valuable insights to management

What were looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales or consultative role, preferably within the Manufacturing, Home Appliances, SNI Power Plug cables, Wiring Assembly, or Electrical industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers

• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals

• Must be able to speak and understand English and Chinese language

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent sales and industry experience

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving outstanding results
