Sales Representative
Hear Me is currently hiring for a Sales Representative to be based in Jakarta Office
Job Description:
1. Reaching Out to Customer Leads: Proactively identifying and contacting potential customers through various channels (cold calls, emails, etc.).
2. Presenting Services to Clients:
- Effectively communicating the features, benefits, and value of the products or services offered by the company.
- Tailoring presentations to address specific client needs.
3. Maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Regularly updating customer feedback
- Ensuring timely follow-ups and addressing customer inquiries.
4. Achieving Agreed-Upon Sales Targets:
- Setting clear sales goals and working diligently to meet or exceed them.
- Monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
5. Coordinating Sales Efforts with Other Departments:
- Collaborating with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Sharing insights and feedback to improve overall sales processes.
6. Analyzing Market Potential:
- Assessing market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Identifying growth opportunities and potential challenges.
7. Tracking Sales and Status Reports:
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions.
- Generating regular reports for management review.
8. Supplying Management with Reports on Customer Needs, Interests, and Competitive Activities:
- Providing valuable insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Highlighting areas for improvement or innovation.
9. Drafting Quotation Letters:
- Preparing professional and accurate quotations for potential clients.
10. Negotiating with Customers:
- Skillfully handling negotiations to close deals.
- Balancing customer satisfaction with company objectives.
Requirements
* Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
* Proven experience in sales or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of sales strategies; knowledge or experience in developing sales strategies for B2B and B2G is a plus.
* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms.
* Attention to detail when drafting quotations and reports.
* Domicile in Jakarta
