Sales Supervisor

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent, with min. IPK 2.75 from reputable university

• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent in a Food Industry / FMCG (would be an advantage)

• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, ERP

• Strong leadership and managerial skill

• Excellent communication skill to interact succesfully within your network, interpersonal skill, proactive, ability to work individually as well as in a team, hard worker, responsible, and able to work within target and deadline

• Enterpreneurial, self-motivated with strong problem solving skills

• Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage and achieve sales independently and proactively in a fast-paced work environment
