Sales Supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major or other related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in property industry as leader of sales & marketing.
- Strong communication skills in dealing with clients, vendor, and stakeholder.
- Creative mindset. Excellent interpersonal skill and sales-related skill
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Generates new sales and marketing initiative including but not limited to personal, group, company and other social target.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual sales, rounds and revenue goals.
- Quickly respond to customer issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance sales experiences.
- Develop and continually enhance relationships with key corporate, business and property agency industry accounts to maintain and increase market share.
