About the role
As a Sales Support (Pricing) at PT NNR RPX Global Logistics Indonesia, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pricing and quoting support to the company's sales team. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Raya.
What you'll be doing
Prompt respond to all enquiries by phone and email correspondence to provide competitive sales quote.
Preparing accurate calculation for buying and selling for profitable Freight Forwarding quotation based on incoterms.
Collaborating closely with the sales team and overseas partners to understand customer requirements and develop tailored pricing solutions
Establish good relationship with customers, vendors, airlines and shipping liners in order to get good competitive scheme rate and easy booking space for Air/Sea Export/Import or Logistics shipments.
Analysing market trends, competitor pricing, and internal cost structures to recommend optimal pricing strategies and provide many alternative transportation or carrier.
Maintaining and updating the company's pricing database to ensure information is current and reliable
Well knowledge to provide bidding or tender's quotation of Freight Forwarding & Logistics
Assisting with the development of pricing policies, procedures, and tools to streamline the quoting process
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales support (pricing) in International Freight Forwarding is mandatory
Well knowledge of Incoterms and having Basic Cargo or DG certificate is preferable.
Must Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations, excellent in operate excel formula.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both the sales team and customers
Proficient in using pricing and quoting software, as well as Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of import/export regulations is a must and good in English correspondence
A team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach
