Sales Team Leader (Sparks Preschool)

Job Description :

- Develop and manage Student Advisor team schedules to ensure full coverage and efficient workload distribution.- Oversee the accurate and timely submission of compliance forms and documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.- Conduct regular quality checks on the Student Advisor pipeline and actively support the team in closing sales.- Monitor team performance, deliver real-time coaching, and provide actionable feedback to drive conversions and productivity.- Lead daily check-ins or huddles to align the team on targets and key updates.- Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to align sales messaging, address lead quality concerns, and propose improvements.- Track and report on key sales metrics such as trial class attendance, registration, and full payment conversions.- Escalate system issues or customer complaints to relevant departments for prompt resolution.- Foster a positive, accountable, and motivating team culture, recognizing and celebrating achievements.

Requirements :- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role managing a B2C sales team.- Background in the education industry is a strong plus.- Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and chat-based sales tools.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.- Willingness to work on a shift-based schedule, including weekends when required.- Passion for education and delivering exceptional customer service.- Prior experience in early childhood education is a plus.
