Sales Vendor Management Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven individual to take ownership of end-to-end our outsourcing manpower planning and vendor management for the MSME Sales team.

The role covers a wide scope, including achieving ambitious headcount targets within SLAs, optimizing outsourced hiring processes, and coordinating closely with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Operating in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, the role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, problem solving and negotiation skills to address ongoing operational challenges.

In the first six months, success will be measured by improved vendor performance governance, timely and high-quality headcount fulfillment, and the implementation of scalable, data-driven process improvements
